Look at the mandala on the packaging and let yourself be enveloped by its colours. Like the corolla of a sunflower, this Mandala is inspired by light and summer, an explosion of energy and vitality, a tribute to the beauty and freedom that this season gives us. An invitation to enjoy the beauty of life, lightness, the here and now. An exhortation to cultivate one's dreams, to dust off projects that have been locked away, to plan new journeys. Cut out the mandala and use it, for example, as a bookmark. Bring with you joy, well-being and spirituality.
Welcome to the SUNVEDA multisensory Ritual.
Discover the line through the five senses and let yourself be guided through them, for a totalizing experience of well-being, harmony and rebalancing. Take your time: the key to beauty lies within you, right there, at the root of your emotions.
Bring your palms up to heart level, let your palms touch like a prayer. Breathe and concentrate on the light of the sun, its warmth, the life that blossoms on Earth thanks to it. The sun is good not only for the bones, but also for the muscles and joints, facilitating the mobility of the body. So why not fill our being with gratitude by practising the Sun Salutation? Our Sharada, with gentleness and simplicity, will introduce us and guide us step by step in this famous yoga practice of sun salutation that gives concentration, calm, coordination and balance, while toning our whole body.
Can you smell the fresh, crisp and pure scent of Mint? It instantly refreshes the body and mind. Spray a few drops of Peppermint essential oil into the room to refresh the environment in which you live or work: it lowers the perception of temperature by 1 degree.
On the body, use Lakshmi Peppermint Hydrolate: you can spray it all over the body and also in a jug of water that you will drink during the day. For an icy effect, put a drop of Peppermint essential oil in your favourite body cream.
Taste the Tisama Legs in a litre and a half of cold water. This infusion based on plant extracts, in particular with Butcher's Broom and Red Vine, promotes the function of the microcirculation, especially in the case of leg heaviness, which happens in summer, with the heat and sultriness. Make it your summer drink, to be sipped during the day: add some fresh mint leaves and lemon slices inside. It will be your exotic wellness drink to boost circulation.
Close your eyes and concentrate on listening. Listen to your breathing, listen to how you feel. If you need five minutes of calm and concentration, take it. Close off the world outside and listen to the sounds of nature: the waves of the sea crashing on the beach, the sound of water in a mountain river on the pebbles, or the sound of boats rocking in a lake marina. Concentrate on that sound for a few minutes, always breathing and assuming, with your breathing, a natural and spontaneous rhythm. Have you ever thought of recording these sounds during your holiday and listening to them throughout the year? You can recreate your own corner of paradise, a stress-free zone wherever you are, whenever you want.
